Presented by the Fire Chiefs Association of Broward County, is a global EMS event bringing professionals from around the world together to advance clinical excellence, leadership, and innovation. Through expert-led education, hands-on learning, and collaborative sessions, attendees gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply in the field. The conference features elite ALS, Nursing, and Honor Guard competitions that showcase skill, teamwork, and professionalism at the highest level, along with a dynamic exhibitor hall highlighting the latest equipment, technology, and innovations shaping the future of emergency medical services.

For over two decades, First There First Care has evolved from a local training seminar into a nationally recognized conference. Through our partnership with the Gathering of Eagles, we bring together the medical directors of the nation’s largest jurisdictional EMS systems to share the latest advancements in life-saving protocols, research, and system leadership. This collaboration ensures our attendees receive high-level clinical insight directly from leaders shaping the future of emergency medical services.
