The First There First Care & Gathering of Eagles Conference is now accepting proposals for presentations at the 2025 conference, scheduled for June 9–13, 2025, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

As one of the leading EMS conferences in the nation, this event brings together EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing emergency and prehospital care.

We are seeking innovative, relevant, and engaging presentations that address the latest trends, research, and practices within the EMS community. Preferred topic areas include, but are not limited to:

• Clinical Paramedicine
• Critical Care Paramedicine
• Education
• Fundamentals
• Health and Wellness
• Leadership and Management
• Operations
• Research

Session Formats:

• Main Conference Sessions: 60–90 minutes in duration
• Pre-Conference Workshops: 4 to 8 hours in duration

Proposals may include one or more presenters. Multiple submissions are welcome, with a maximum of five (5) proposals per individual or organization.

The deadline to submit session proposals is January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
