Exhibitor Information
This year, our exhibitor hall will host sponsors and exhibitors for 3 exciting days! Vendors will have one-on-one time demonstrating their company’s products to over 2,000 Fire Rescue, EMS, nursing, and hospital professionals with purchasing authority! Join the Southeast’s most extensive and only pre-hospital conference.
Exhibitors Schedule:
- Sunday, May 31st, 2026:
- Move in and set up for vehicles, apparatus, and/or trailers.
- Monday, June 1st, 2026
- Move in & set up from 10am until 4 pm
- (No set up will be permitted Tuesday morning)
- Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026:
- The exhibitor area open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026:
- The exhibitor area open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm
- Thursday, June 4th, 2026:
- Exhibitor area open 8: 00 am until 4:00 pm
- Move out at 4:00 pm
